Overview

Utilizing both a vertical wire cutting head and a horizontal head the Dual Head is able to process both flexible and rigid PU foams with its compact design saving floor space by combining two machines into one unit. With its unique batch processing workflow can pass machining operations from one head to the other with simplicity and ease. 

Materials

Used for cutting material such as PU Foam, Expanded polyethylene, Ethylene-vinyl acetate etc.  Able to cut efficiently and with a high level of accuracy, CNC machines offer maximum productivity combined with highest quality standards. Equipped with a roatating blade, these machines can cut  across two dimensional planes, creating the potential for near 3D foam parts.
