Features:
1. Blades: There is 8 cutting blades in vertical direction, 1 cutting blades in horizontal direction. More blades can be added. Cutting blades is adjustable and it's easy to adjust.2. Wide Applications: Compatible with most of foam products such as PE, EPE, XLPE, XPE
3. High accuracy: the tolerance is only +-1mm
4. Easy set up: only key in the dimensions of the blocks
5. Fully Automatic: the machine with automatic feeding device, it can feed material automatically
6. Simple Operation: All parameters are set through a PLC touch screen on the machine. And only the material thickness and target cutting length need to be set. After setting parameters, then press start, the machine will start to cutting.

1. Is this machine made by your own company?
Yes, all machines we supply are developped and manufactured by our own company. We own the patent. You can come visit our factory in Guangzhou and test the machine yourself.
2. What's the maximum cutting thickness?
Our EPE foam slitting machine can cut maximum 100mm height foam sheets each time.
3. How your machine maintain high accuracy?
Our EPE foam slitting machine is equipped with 6 servo motor and can cut EPE foam sheets accurately in each vertical and horizontal side.
